Coccidia

I have a LR4 and LR3 which are available to my resident cat and fosters. I thoroughly clean them regularly, but one kitten was just diagnosed with potential coccidia after having been in contact with both robots at different times. Everyone will be treated appropriately, but are my robots toast? Just the liners? Any knowledge on how to safely sanitize these for future use?
