StubHub Mess (Just use FIFA)

Bought tickets from StubHub for M17 - France v. Senegal back in December. Started reaching out to support in May to prod the seller, knowing they might be FIFA Collect tickets.

Last week, I was contacted to inform that my seller experienced personal issues and my order could not be fulfilled. Since then, StubHub has negged on that email and will not provide me replacement tickets, or a refund.

I paid $450 per ticket and a refund means I will not be going to the match.
