Feeling jealous towards online persona

Dear women,

How do you people deal with the jealousy you feel towards perfect online persona? Recently I saw a girl who has everything in her life. Like she is a doctor in the US, pretty , perfect physique ,rich and supportive parents, handsome partner , dream wedding, fame, etc. Unknowingly I started comparing even though I am also in a comparatively good phase of life. But this girl triggered a lot of insecurities inside me. It’s not like i have ill will towards her. But I felt sad thinking about the privileges I don’t have. How do you people deal with such emotions after seeing such people ?
