Why won’t give help me ?

I have asked him several times to help me through out my life and all he does is ignore me I ask for help guidance change opportunity but does he answer no all he sends is set back after setback

So please pray for him to hear me and stop ignoring and to just help me he never listens to me but maybe he’ll listen to u guys
