EM with kids/family

Genuinely curious, for those with kids / family, would you still choose EM? Or would you prioritize a more structured specialty, if so what would you have chosen?

Love EM - shift work, no inbox, lower number of days worked, good pay. But struggling to see how it fits in when you have kids you want to be around with the sporadic schedule.
