Best cafe type lunch spots around down town?

Any cafes or shops selling fancy or cozy home made type soups and sandwiches or wraps for lunch? Preferably close to down town!

Or any cute little lunch place, really.

My favorites and regulars are Queen city cakes( soup and quiche are so good!), tangerine (great but a little pricey for some things), cozy Haus(rice bowls!), and I think it's called brewed awakening on vic, they do a soup and sandwich combo that is like 11 bucks.

I usually have to get my lunch to go so I like soup/salad/sandwich type places, preferable within a ten minute walk from vic Park.
