Road closure on Parkwood, south of Legacy

Anyone know what's going on with this area? Parkwood is fully shut down for cars, just from just past Legacy to next intersection from what I can tell. Police is routing all of the traffic into the apartment complexes around Legacy Village.

This is right in front of where the new AT&T complex will be, but not sure why they had to completely close the roads.
