Question regarding OA and applications

So I applied to a SWE position. I received an OA but i didnt perform well, this was my first time giving an Amazon OA. My Coding question only passed 8/15 cases and the debugging also I couldn't complete in time.

I wanted to know whether Amazon uses the results of the OA for all the applications?
Like if I see a new opening will I be invited for another OA or will this result be reused?
Inwhich case should I not reapply?
