Asthma Foster Spray help

I’ve recently started using the Foster asthma inhaler again, after having stopped using it about two years ago. It’s 12:20 AM now, and I absolutely cannot fall asleep; I feel shaky, panicked, and anxious I’m just pacing around the garden and drinking water constantly. I have to get up early tomorrow morning for a French test... Has anyone had similar experiences with this? What can I do?
