Feels like Allstate is trying to phase out agents & staff with their new product suite

They’re making it harder to give customers quotes leading to decreased contact & quoting while also increasing annual goals again mid year. With their AI push & pushing every customer to the new product suite & calling it “loyalty” makes me feel like they’re trying to phase out agents & agency staff.
