Nvidia or amd?

Hello, I'm stuck trying to decide which card i should go for. So far i got the rx tx 9070 16gb but someone told me the 5060 q6 is better since it can outlast the amd card and has better performance? I really want to build a pretty neat high end pc and so far im stuck on choosing the card. I also heard amd GPUS has a problem with over heating? Please let me know your thoughts and ideas, id love to here everyones thoughts on this one :)
