Overpayment check mailed in landlady’s name.

HACP recalculated my rent and I have an overpayment. The landlady’s husband evicting using retaliatory measures solely because I complied with HACP policy by letting the inspector in my apartment.

I paid my rent in the morning before I knew about the overpayment. She wouldn’t even return the 99$ in cash for June.

Being that she’s evicting me does she get to keep the overpayment?

I have asked her eight times for the money.

Why do they send it in the landlords name anyway?

Especially knowing she’s evicting me.
