What is your lead slash setup time for an on location event?

For me I have 4 hours to set up for a 5 camera football game. I count setup from the time I can enter a room to run wire to live. For football I'm running 250 of cable total, mostly 25 foot snakes, configuring replay, double checking graphics, and maybe have an hour down time from the last troubleshooting bit with wireless to live.

Recently I did graduation off site. Just getting on location I had less than 3 hours to wire 5 cameras, over 500 feet of cable, provide feed to the venue, get said cameras on tripods, and get internet from the venue. I had spent 15+ hours over the pervious days on troubleshooting and planning because, you know, off site venue.

I always feel rushed on graduation... Would love 4 hours from on site to live, but it feels like I may get less time next year. But what about all of you?
