please flair your questions properly!

NSFWDiscussion

hey all!

i get the new flair system is a little new and we're all still getting used to it. but it seems to keep happening that people are mistaking 'advice/information' for 'question'.

maybe the flair name is a little vague, so here's a breakdown:

* question: i want information for *me.*

* advice/information: i want to put out information or advice for *others.*

thank you to the people kind enough to listen and REflair their posts when asked. but it still stands that since the new flairs have been introduced, only *11* out of 20 new 'advice/information' posts are actually about *creating resources* for *others.* that's pretty bad statistically and it makes searching for information much harder for newbies, which the flairs were intended to help with.

PS: if you feel insecure and need reassurance, maybe take that to r/showyourtdick instead of writing it in your progress post? 🙏
