Store Transfer

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in how store transfers work as I'm considering transferring store. How long do you have to work at tesco in order to be legible for a transfer and will my contracted hours stay the same or can I negotiate them. My current store is in the process of scrapping night shift work which is something I'd rather work compared to day shift which is what I currently work. There is a nearby store that does have night shift positions available but it's 32 hours a week and I'm only on 16, so could I transfer and take those hours?
