I achieved a gold star with Bella Bianchi and this is how I did it 🤍
She was a bit of a nightmare to do, at first I bought the Modern Bungalow but she didn’t want to live in the woods and it was too big for her. She is very fussy!!

Requirements:
Live near family, the suburbs is a good bet.
A big kitchen and make sure it’s open plan with the dining room
A HUGE walk in wardrobe, and I mean a big one
Garage with TWO garage doors
A spare room with a double bed
She hates gardening so barely any plants
NO cozy rosie or Valentino, she hates old stuff
Luxury, Luxury, Luxury
Has to have a bathtub, do NOT put a shower anywhere
Room for a recording studio is a bonus but not essential to get a gold star.
Skadi & Futuro furniture

House I bought: Verdant Nook (It was good but I recommend a slightly bigger place for ease)

Room details: I knocked through the living room, dining room and kitchen to be all one room. I turned the little bathroom and the coat/laundry area into a guest bedroom. Upstairs I moved the bathroom to the dark bedroom, and used the bathroom as the walk in wardrobe. It wasn’t big enough as is so I had to extend a bit into the bathroom. I then made a luxury garden with no plants or trees.

Colours and wood: I used expensive tiles and wood, lots of marble, anything that was in the higher cost category. For colours I used a lot of greys, whites, beige and peaches for a luxury look.

Furniture: I used mainly Skadi and Futuro as these were her favourites. AVOID at all costs Cozy Rosie and Valentino as she hates anything old fashioned looking.

Comments from her as I built:
Constantly needed to make her walk in wardrobe bigger, other than that there wasn’t too much. She did ask for extra room for a recording studio but I had no more room for that and I got a gold star anyway ⭐️

Hope this helps! 🤍
