My GF got a dragonfruit shoved up her vagina and now we can’t get it out, what do I do?

I tried telling her we’ve got to call the Doctor but she’s refused, because we’re not really supposed to be doing any of this and we’re both kind of stoned.

Should I just try pulling it out? It’s like the size of a Jordan, sort of shaped like a slim egg and it’s causing a lot of bleeding; like corn-syrup looking type blood.

Please help because I’m kind of freaking the fuck out.
