Eaton 18 speed

I got this eaton 18 speed transmission that will shift to low fine and I don’t have to push the clutch hard but when I shift to reverse I need to push the clutch with pretty much all my strength to shift, all other shifting is fine just reverse. forks are good, clutch brake is good, have adjusted it every which way, don’t want to pull it all again since we just replaced the clutch but will if that’s what’s needed.

Any advice or things I should check?
