NEVER BUY MCHOSE

I bought an Mchose jet 75 back in February and I can confidently say it was the biggest waste of money ever. Some keys will randomly press and hold down without any input. The windows and left alt key have switched for no apparent reason. It disconnects and stops working mid game for no reason. The amount of games it has single handedly lost for me from disconnecting, or a random key activating for no reason, or even worse sometimes WASD will just stop working. I can’t even get a refund either because it only decided to start being awful after about 2 months and I assumed it was an issue with the softwar. Oh and the software is dreadful. Most of the time it doesn’t load. I’m trying desperately to fix my randomly swapped keys so of course it just won’t load. Please if you are considering buying from this company, never do. Spend your money elsewhere. This is the worst keyboard I’ve ever used.
