Filed for Ssdi in April with an attorney

47 F I hired an attorney 1st go around because I don't have the cognitive skills to file myself. I have MS recently diagnosed last May after losing my eye sight in one eye. I guess I had it for a while but my previous 3 spine surgeries masked my symptoms I also have ptsd major anxiety and major depression. My question is I have an appointment with SSA tomorrow over the phone. My attorney said just to go over some info. Is this normal or should my attorney be handling them 100%? Im new at this so please no judgments. Thanks in advance
