Adenocarcinoma in situ

About 4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in situ. I had my leep this morning, those results will determine whether or not I'm referred to oncology or not. Should I get a second opinion? And for those who have been seen by oncology what can I expect?
