Help me understand what I’m missing about chemo

Chemotherapy

It’s me again trying to finalize my chemo (TC) or no chemo) decision. I’m leaning chemo but… sometimes I have moments where I question doing it if it would benefit from the hormone suppression alone without chemo?

Im stuck with understanding the lymph node involvement issue. For one, if it could break off into your body without lymph node involvement, then that would mean sometimes lymph node involvement is not the best indicator of increase risk for metastasis or later recurrence risk?

I have 3 lymph nodes involved, so my understanding is that hypothetically that means there may be microscopic cancer in other lymph nodes or in the body that wasn’t detected by tests or surgery? (Only took 6 total out). I do have radiation planned, but does radiation not guarantee killing cancer in other nodes if there?

If microscopic cancer have escaped in the body, are these considered tumors or not? If they are, and hypothetically anti-estrogen therapy works just as well, will it find those cells and kill them off because they block the hormone receptors? How is chemo acting differently in this case if so, or is it acting similar?
