place to rent for 30th birthday

hello bushwick,

writing to ask if anyone has experience booking a bar/venue/space for a birthday party that won't break the bank (budget would probably? be like 1200 max)! i've reached out to a few places, but always love any leads. would probably be like 50-60 people (fingers crossed!)
