Wanting to leave my country as a gay student but feeling stuck

So I'm a gay 19yo algerian guy and I've been wanting to escape this shithole for a while, so I applied for some programs abroad and got two scholarship offers, one from saudi arabia and the other from argentina

I don't know which to pick because on the one hand I want a place where I can be gay and atheist freely but on the other hand I want financial stability, and the saudi option offers that generously

what do you guys recommend?
