Help with PWE Shipping

Hello, I run breaks and sometimes singles shows. I am trying to get where my singles for giveaways are run at the cheaper PWE...as well as singles. I have toggled first class mailer, and on giveaways chosen 0-3 oz on the item. I did some last night and it still created a ground advantage label. It only charged me the PWE price and I packed it like a PWE, but it still printed a ground advantage label...so I assume I will be charged later? Is it true I can't choose sports card single and have to describe it as a sticker? Any help would be great.

I know as a buyer if I'm in a $1 start single show and the cards are in the $1-2 range I won't pay $4+ for ground advantage, so I leave the stream. I will buy when it is up to $1.34 shipping. I just want to make sure it diplays the PWE price for my buyers, because we can't see what it is showing for shipping. Thank you so much in advance!
