I need Help regarding spots rounds

• Is it ok to confirm the seat first in cap rounds and then opt for spot rounds ?

• If I do get decent college through spot round and cancel my admission which I confirmed earlier, Will I get my fees refund ? (Gareeb huu)

• If 2nd point is yes then How much time will it take get my refund after admission is cancelled and do let me know process

• Do I require fees of complete 1 year at very moment when I confirm the seat in spot or some seat confirmation fees ?

What should be my priority cap round or spot round ?
