Shower valve help

Redoing my downstairs bathroom and looking for some input on which shower valve I need. The shower will have a rainfall shower head and a handheld sprayer. I would like a valve that will allow me to run both independently and also able to run them both at the same time. From what I've found online I would either need to use a 3 way diverter valve like delta r2200 or a 2 way diverter valve with a 3 setting cartridge. My question is which makes more sense to do/easier to do and use. I have the same config upstairs but bought a valve off Amazon that had this all built in which I can get access to if anything goes wrong but with this downstairs shower I won't be able to access it with ripping out shower tile so I'm looking for a more name brand/sturdy solution. Thank you
