What difficulty is the closest to real life?

On what difficulty suspects behave similar to real life? They try to actually surrender instead of going down every time, don't have aim of a fucking CS2 cheater and don't take civilians hostage just to kill them and themselves shortly after? On what difficulty the maps are also pretty realistic and all the other surroundings? (I heard there are booby traps on Hard Elephant, which imo isn't realistic)
