Performance Issues On PC

I just started this game and I noticed the performance seems to have some issues.

I've had a few freezes/stutters in some cutscenes and a couple times in-game, and I just played the trailer Hotel mission and the FPS constantly dipped below 60, be it in the hotel waking around, the car chase or the airport fight.

My best friend is playing got it on PS5 and also complained about the game stuttering all the time and having regular FPS drops, he only played until we get to Q-Lab and quit.

I have 32Gb RAM, RTX 5060, 2Tb SSD and a i7-14700KF.
