Am I being a bad friend ?

So I have started feeling really difficult maintaining my friendship with my bestie I love her I seriously do but I am slowly getting tired of it. She is treating like I am her bf , like only one day i didn't messaged her she started saying " tujhe meri yaad nai aati" like seriously 1 freaking day (also I did kinda messaged at night then she said this line) . I can also see she gets jealous of my college friends so I have to intentionally hide it from her. She started seeking my attention like I'm actually her bf but sometimes I do need space too.

Idk I feel like she is replacing her void of not having bf with me , I am their for her but she is also throwing tantrums as if I am actually her bf which is slowly getting exhausting at this point.
