Final CGPA

Whats causing the ap campus delaying the final grades. We recieved the marks for internship/SDP way back but the grading getting delayed. Many of the companies are asking the final grade to proceed with the joining letters. Delay in the results causing delay/postponement of joining into companies. When can we expect the final CGPA ??
