How to clean up a prebought fmcb card?

I recently bought a 64mb freemcboot card from aliexpress but i dont like all the stuff that was packed into it. Its kind of a mess. So i ask if there is any way to strip it down to the bare minimum (so just the fmcb itself and ulaunchELF) so i can set it up myself? Im pretty scared to delete stuff by myself, so thats why i am asking.
