Research about trans men

Hi I would like to make my OC a trans man but in order to do that I need to understand the experience but I can't seem to find many sources or interviews with trans men I did search on utub I found one video that was somewhat about the struggles of finding out and the rest was just about dating I did watch the videos but I still feel like I need more material I would love some recommendations

More about my OC if you're curious: the blue print for my OC was female but even then she's the person I experiment body dysmorphia with so I thought changing the OC from woman to trans man would give the OC more nuance The inspiration for the OC was a critic I had of fnaf and a news I saw about researchers using brain as computers for calculations The critic I had was the way I felt like sometimes fnaf was using children dying and getting stuck in those horrible bodies as a shock value instead of actually delving deeper in what it means to be trapped in a body like that as a child My OC was originally made scientifically specifically for the purpose of using her brain as power source for the calculations done in combat robots remotely while with technology they make sure that while she is used as the power source she doesn't have control over what the robots do and the actual control of the robot is given to someone else (like... filtering her thoughts. Idk how to explain it) Due to an accident this technology that filtered her mind has malfunctioned so she has instead gained control of the robots and so she guides them to the facility to free herself from the facility Here it can go two ways Either that she finds scientists had discarded her body and only her brain remains Or that since she finds what had happened to aging her disgusting and decided to discard the body herself (since she's 14 yo atp) Ok I think now I should have clarified that when the facility started using her brain she was 8 and when she gained her control back and returned she was 14 so her body had definitely changed a lot Whichever I decide to go with she will regret it in future bc she grows insecure of her metalic body at some point (but like... she matures mentally too so there's a chance I change my mind and make her accept herself) This was the blueprint if I make her a transman it definitely will impact the events that happens when he's 0-8 (her childhood) and 14-... (how he decided to transition or act in general tho it will not effect the fact that he discards his body) What do you think about this? Is this anything you can relate to? is there anything you find offensive? Is making her trans the right choice? Have you ever felt the body dysmorphia getting bad enough that you didn't want your body to exist? dysmorphia is a struggle many people have and I thought here was the best place to get feedbacks so I'd be thankful for any suggestions
