BUT HOLY SHIT THIS HISTORY EXAM WAS SURPRISINGLY GOOD? Like I'm genuinely astonished by my performance and how I pushed my capabilities.

I went into it expecting the worst. And when I opened the first page I thought I was fucked because I didn't study GAA at all, was more locked in on the 1913 Dublin Lockout. Scrolling through the questions I was also more confused, since no one of them were blunt enough.

But holy shit I opened my third eye, activated my God complex and wrote like 20 PAGES. Mind you, I barely even studied, except doing the RSR. I got like 7% on my HL Mocks because I did only half of the DBQ's and didn't even GRAZE the essays. Cuz history for me was so scary, I wouldn't even touch it with a 10 metre pole.

But here, I attempted ALL of the questions, except the one on Ireland. I didn't have enough time. And so now I feel like I'm at the very least guaranteed H5. I know, it's low, but I'm no deity that studies 16 hours a day. Not an excuse but my mental health just deactivates my brain when it comes to school. Matter of fact I'm lazy as shit! In a figurative sense, it feels like I unlocked a sleeper build.

And I'm so glad I did my RSR based on The Civil Rights Movement. This helped me SOOOOOO much with writing the racial inequality question. Wrote like 5 and a half pages. For the Lenin and Stalin question I wrote 4 and a half. And for the DBQ I think I did 6 pages? Well now that I think about it, I feel like I've done less than 20, but even then it felt like twenty! 😭

So like, I'm just proud of how much I actually wrote. Absolutely shattered my low expactations. Atleast It seems like I definitely passed that one.

I have no idea if this is a hot take or not, and I apologise if I come off as egotistical.
