Am I going to fry my Mac’s battery?

Hello,
I own a MacBook Pro M3 Pro, and for the next two months I won’t need to take it anywhere. I was wondering whether the following setup could damage the battery:

-Always used in clamshell mode
-Connected to power 24/7
-Battery charge limited to 80%
-Never shut down

Basically, I would like to use it as if it were a Mac mini, with an extremely light workload.
