Japanese Key card + EU/US DLC

Recently i bought a physical japanese copy of the game and I’ve heard usually DLC is region locked… but when “checking” for DLC in Pokopia it will direct me to the Europen (my main) Eshop.

Has anyone with a different region copy of Pokopia already bought the DLC? Or am I stuck having to buy it from the Japanese eshop anyway? Thanks!!
