Glitch With Build Starsand Station Quest?

I finished the Build Starsand Station quest with Solara but the construction worker is still out front of the station and there's no prompt to use it. I actually forgot about it because it was a long time ago that I did that quest but idk if it's glitched or I'm missing something? I'm on xbox.
