not sure what to do about a stray cat that just had kittens in our yard

a neighborhood cat just had kittens near my house and im not really sure what to do ... im still a minor and my parents wouldn't let the cat inside our house post-spay (which makes a spay very improbable), aside from that i'm not sure what to do about the kittens either, considering the cat doesn't have an owner, nor do the kittens, and i can't provide indoor shelter for them (and nobody would want them considering theres a lot of strays in my town). i live in a pretty small town, surrounded by small towns and there aren't any cat shelters in my entire country that i know of (only dog shelters). it feels cruel to even pose the question but should we stop feeding her after the kittens grow up a bit? or should i keep feeding her just in smaller quantities? please help :(
