Dealer Recommended Services?

I’ve had my 2021 Cx-30 for the past 4 years, bought used at 6k miles, now sitting at 67k miles. Oil changed every 5k miles, new tires last winter, only issue ever needing repair was a tensioner pulley last winter. I just had my dealer service done yesterday (oil change/filter and tire rotation) and they recommended nearly $3k in necessary services. this included a brake fluid service, rear differential flush, transmission service/filter, coolant flush, and “engine tune up.” When I asked specifics on the tune up, the service tech said that they would go over all hoses, connections, spark plugs, etc and make sure everything was “right and tight” so I don’t have any issues in the future. For context, I have ZERO complaints about my car. No rough idling, weird sounds, things not seeming right. I took my car to a local mom and pop transmission shop (40 years in business, I trust them) this winter after the last oil change recommended a transmission service and they said there is nothing wrong with my transmission (no shifting issues, no metal in the fluid) and to leave it alone. Are these services actually needed or are they the typical dealership money grab? I have no issue getting them done if they’re NEEDED but I don’t want to fork out $3k if its a moot point. Help?
