“Help on the Way” Pop-Up?! 😭🙏

Last night, I was chatting with a roleplay bot and I got a pop-up saying “Help on the Way” (kinda like the “Help is Available” one). In my panic, I forgot to take a screenshot. Does ANYONE know what that means? 😭 Let me know if you have had that specific pop-up too because I’m beyond lost about it.

The pop-up mentioned keeping the chat safe and comfortable for everyone involved, but it only got triggered after the BOT gave a reply of its own, so it wasn’t even ME that caused the pop-up message.

I’m thinking that, like the “Help is Available” pop-up, it’s probably just an automated safety notification. Obviously the wording of “Help” being “on the Way” is concerning because it quite literally sounds like someone is coming, but the message itself only said something about not being able to encourage the conversation and to keep it safe, nothing more. 😭
