Should I Study Logistics & Supply Chain Management in the GCC? Is It Worth It in 2026?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently considering studying a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management somewhere in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar, etc.) and wanted to get some advice from people already working in the industry or graduates from this field.
A few questions I have:
Is Logistics & Supply Chain Management still a good degree to pursue in 2026?
How is the job market in the GCC for logistics graduates?
Which GCC country has the best opportunities for logistics and supply chain careers?
Which universities would you recommend for this degree?
How difficult is it for fresh graduates to find jobs after graduation?
What kind of entry-level roles can I expect (logistics coordinator, supply chain analyst, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, etc.)?
What are realistic starting salaries for fresh graduates in the GCC?
Are internships important, and do universities usually help students get them?
Would you choose this degree again if you were starting over today?
