Help should i go or not?

I just went to a new restaurant and she yelled we didn’t not open yet next week we will open and then we chat about plates and what should i try when you guys open and etc.. i was just being nice and i said that i was excited to try the restaurant. Then i end the conversation and felt like not a good time she was obviously busy, then i left as soon as i was at the door because i was holding a drink from other restaurant she yelled ohh this is also our restaurant but different food menu and etc. then i went back to her i thought she might be interested to my feedback then i told her everything is perfect and just the meat I preferred it shredded, and then i was trying to connect also i kind feeling that why she kept talking to me maybe she is interested so i said i have this knowledge of graphics and i design infographic and montage videos also maybe we can communicate and get to know you better and you know share knowledge, i was also taking steps like not being rude maybe your company email or whatever it is suitable for you she laughed and she was so shy.

she said you can see me next week when we open the restaurant i can’t communicate with you on email sorry and laugh while she was shy i said it is ok i understand so excited to see you guys open the restaurant i said my name and i ask her about her name obviously then i said. hopefully i will see you next week god bless beyy.

Does she want me to come by next week?
Is she interested in me?
Or is just marketing and everything was just small chat and bey we will never see our self again
