Rückbildungskurs auf English?

Hallo!

I recently had a baby and would like to sign up for a Rückbildungskurs. Ideally in person where I can bring my baby and in English.

Does anyone know of any in Mannheim or surrounding area? Happy to travel to Heidelberg too - I imagine it might be easier to find something there.
