Can i take two days out of my availability?

so for context, my store is in Paramus so it’s always closed on Sundays but so is everything else. I’m only part-time and my hours are always around 29-40 sometimes less. I’m also always given 5 shifts a week. since all stores are closed on Sunday in my area I only get one other day off. I feel like for only being part time. I’m there every day and I’d rather have less shifts just longer shifts so is it possible for me to take two days out of my availability for example Monday and Wednesday? would they allow something like that because I’m much rather have three 9 hour shifts than 5 random shifts. Is this allowed
