Literally stuck at the beginning

I am sensing a common theme here that this game is full of bugs. I don’t mind since I’ve heard good things about it. But I am stuck in the first room trying to rotate the fucking TV. Please. I’ve tried googling and asking ChatGPT for help, nothing works. I am desperate, and I haven’t even started this game.
