Is there a tool to manage rcs thrusters?

im building a space station, and so my modules have a bunch of rcs thrusters to help rotation, however having that many thrusters when the module is docked, i can just manually disable thrusters ofc. but that made me wonder if theres a tool for quickly managing all my thrusters
