Fairyloot Order on Hold

I'm not sure if this question has been answered here so delete if not allowed but I made an address change to my monthly order and there was a difference I had to pay so I paid it yesterday. It's still on hold but I sent them an email about it. If they don't respond on time does that affect my ability to buy Blood over Brighthaven tomorrow? Will I be able to buy it or I'm good?
