Tub Cleaning Help...

I've been having back pain for almost 2 months now and it's led to me being depressed and lazy. I've allowed my tub to get out of hand, and now it really needs to be cleaned. It's got thick mildew on the sides.

Does anyone have a really good solution for cleaning a really dirty tub? Magic Erasers? Magic Erasers and a cleaning spray? Best Cleaning Spray? Any hands-off. let sit and do work, cleaning spray?

Any help is truly appreciated. My back still isn't perfect, but I've got to do something.
