Steam taking DAYS to download game

I've been trying to download Total Warhammer 3 for 2 days now and it's only just now reaching 50%. I've tried changing the download region several times, I've cleared the download cache several times, I've verified that the limit download speed option isn't on, my internet isn't perfect but I can play games while on discord calls without any major issues, why is it doing this?
