suddenly getting random friend request on steam and discord?

sorry if this is the wrong palce

but this has never happend for me in 6 years that i am on pc gaming

i got addedby 2 discord accoutns recently who i didnt know in any way shape or form and one said wrong person for guild then i blocked and removed them and rn it jsut happend another time with discord but this time with a fresh account 5 days old and that account did not respond

and on steam it was an account of a clear ai picture of a girl with a telegram link leading to quite obviously a nsfw telegram and alot of different names over time and 2k+ hours in csgo no other game with community manager achievment/badge

almost certainly a bot account

should i be worried about this or no? this has never happend before and wanna be sure
